Partial to Polka Dots

I know winter has really only JUST begun, but I am already looking forward to spring and the trends that it's bringing along with it!  My favorite trend for spring 2013 is POLKA DOTS!  They are so fun and classic.  I catch myself picking up polka dotted items at just about every store I walk into and saying "oh, I need this!"
